What (your ingredients):
¼ cup whole milk ricotta
Dash of cinnamon
5 strawberries, sliced
5 walnuts, crushed
2 teaspoons honey
How (your directions):
Spoon ricotta onto the center of a dessert plate. Using the back of the spoon, smooth the ricotta into a smooth round disk.
Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
Top with sliced strawberries.
Sprinkle crushed walnuts on top of the berries, then drizzle with honey.
