2-3 cups green leaf lettuce, washed and dried
1 Anjou pear, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons crumbly gorgonzola
1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons good balsamic vinegar
