Parmesan is a semi-hard, fresh Parmesan that has all the taste characteristics of traditional aged Parmesan, with a very approachable milder flavor and an unexpected creaminess. Use any place you would use traditional Parmesan or just enjoy it on a cracker with a glass of wine.
