Zymbiotics Vegan Zimchi

This Vegan kimchi (no fish sauce) is a zesty and flavorful blend of Napa Cabbage, Daikon radish and Carrot. Although kimchi can be quite spicy, our version is a bit more considerate for those sensitive to hotter spice.    

 Zimchi pairs well with: stir-fry, salads, soups, dips, spreads, rice dishes, egg dishes, fish and meats. 

Ingredients:

Napa Cabbage, Daikon Radish, Carrots, Green Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Korean Peppers, and Sea Salt.

Our Beets, Sauerkraut, Gingered Carrots, Kimchi and Vegan Kimchi are allowed to ferment to their  highest nutritional, prebiotic and probiotic value, flavor and texture.  There are no preservatives or additives in our products.  We use only the finest ingredients to make our ferments.  They are never pasteurized to maintain the maximum taste, texture and health benefits and should be kept refrigerated at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
