Their story begins with a dinner that changed their lives. They had made turkey burgers on sprouted grain buns that left them speechless. That night they had a powerful realization: that the tastiest foods can also be healthy.
After they started to see food differently, they wanted the world to see it that way too. So they made a a bold move: they bought the bakery that made those sprouted grain buns and turned it into what you see today.
Jenny and James are on a mission to prove that yummy and healthy can coexist. And so far it's going according to plan. In the 10 years that they've been in business, they've grown twelve-fold and have converted the most blah bread eaters into whole grain enthusiasts.
