This Easy Tomato and Cucumber Quinoa Salad comes together in 5 minutes flat using only 4 ingredients! What (your ingredients):
1 cup cooked quinoa
10 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
How (your directions):
Place cooked quinoa in a medium bowl. Deseed the cucumber, then roughly dice into small pieces. Add cucumbers to the quinoa.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add to quinoa.
