Powerhouse Green Breakfast Smoothie

What (your ingredients):

3 large handfuls kale (equivalent to the leaves from 5 stems of kale)

1 frozen banana

1/3 cup frozen mango

1 date

1/3 cup rolled oats

¼ cup raw walnut halves

3 dashes cinnamon 

2 1/3 cups cold water


How (your directions):

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend on high until completely smooth, about 60 seconds.
